At Kiltane, we take pride in the quality of our Scottish cashmere and woollens. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with the completed returns form.

  Ship Your Items

  Attach the generated prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
